Описание
Силовой модуль IGBT от Xiner для управления трехфазными двигателями. Рассчитан на напряжение 600 В и ток 20 А, имеет встроенную защиту от перегрева, перегрузки и пониженного напряжения. Выполнен в корпусе DIP33. Применяется в промышленной автоматике и частотных приводах.
