Описание
Драйвер VN5772AKTR-E от ST Microelectronics — это сдвоенный низкосторонний и сдвоенный высокосторонний силовой твердотельный ключ. Работает при напряжении от 4,5 до 36 В, выдерживает ток до 18 А на канал и имеет сопротивление открытого канала всего 50 мОм. Выпускается в компактном корпусе SO-28 для поверхностного монтажа. Применяется в промышленной автоматике и автомобильной электронике для коммутации нагрузок.
