Описание
Регулируемый стабилизатор напряжения Infineon TLE4268GS в корпусе PG-DSO-8 для поверхностного монтажа. Обеспечивает выходное напряжение 5 В при токе до 180 мА с низким падением напряжения (типовое 0,25 В). Компонент имеет расширенный диапазон входного напряжения до 45 В, защиту от перегрева и короткого замыкания, а также встроенный сторожевой таймер. Подходит для автомобильной электроники и промышленной автоматики.
