Описание
Микросхема TDA3654/N3 от NXP — это усилитель вертикального отклонения для кадровой развертки со встроенной защитой. Выполнена в корпусе HSIP9, поддерживает отклонение луча на 110 градусов. Применяется в телевизорах и мониторах с ЭЛТ.
