Описание
Драйвер Power LED от MBI. Микросхема с двумя каналами, выходным током от 40 до 360 мА и поддержкой ШИМ-управления. Работает при напряжении питания 5 В, выпускается в корпусе SOIC8. Подходит для управления мощными светодиодами в промышленной автоматике и LED-освещении.
