Описание
Микросхема монитора питания MAX813LESA+T от MAX. Устройство контролирует напряжение питания с порогом сброса +4.65 В (точность 10%), оснащено сторожевым таймером и кнопкой ручного сброса. Выпускается в компактном корпусе SO-8. Применяется в промышленной автоматике и микропроцессорных системах для защиты от сбоев при падении напряжения.
