Описание
Драйвер верхнего и нижнего плеча от Infineon в компактном корпусе SOIC-8. Рассчитан на напряжение до 200 В и выходной ток до 1 А, поддерживает неинвертирующее управление. Работает в расширенном диапазоне температур от -40 до +125 °C. Применяется в импульсных источниках питания, преобразователях и промышленной автоматике.
