Описание
Infineon IR2103STRPBF — это полумостовой драйвер для управления MOSFET и IGBT транзисторами. Микросхема рассчитана на напряжение до 600 В, обеспечивает выходной ток 0,36 А и выпускается в компактном корпусе SOIC-8.
