Описание
Транзистор IGBT со встроенным диодом от STARPOWER на 1200 В и 25 А. Выполнен в корпусе TO-247 с технологией Trench IGBT, обеспечивает низкое напряжение насыщения и малые потери при переключении. Максимальная температура перехода до 175 °C. Подходит для инверторов, сервоприводов и источников бесперебойного питания.
