Описание
Микроконтроллер C8051F330 от Silicon Labs построен на ядре 8051. Оснащен 8 КБ флеш-памяти и работает в компактном корпусе QFN20. Устройство рассчитано на температуру от -40 до +85 °C. Подходит для встраиваемых систем управления и промышленной автоматики.
