Описание
Микросхема BTS6143D производства Infineon представляет собой силовой ключ с защитой, предназначенный для коммутации нагрузок в автомобильных и промышленных системах. Относится к семейству PROFET, обеспечивая диагностику и защиту от короткого замыкания, перегрева и обрыва нагрузки. Применяется для управления лампами, соленоидами и другими резистивными и индуктивными нагрузками.
