Описание
Тиристор BT169D от NEX-NXP в корпусе TO-92. Выдерживает ток удержания до 5 мА, имеет стандартную распиновку: анод, управляющий электрод и катод. Подходит для монтажа в отверстия на печатной плате. Применяется в схемах управления нагрузкой, бытовой электронике и простых регуляторах мощности.
