Описание
Транзистор полевой MOSFET P-канальный от A&O. Работает при напряжении до -60 В и токе до -12 А, сопротивление открытого канала — 115 мОм. Выпускается в корпусе TO-252 для поверхностного монтажа. Подходит для схем управления питанием и защиты от переполюсовки в промышленной и бытовой электронике.
