Описание
Транзистор полевой MOSFET P-канальный от TOS. Выдерживает напряжение до 250 В, ток до 5 А и мощность 30 Вт, выпускается в изолированном корпусе TO-220F. Подходит для импульсных источников питания и силовых цепей промышленной автоматики.
